General Program Policies

The following Lesson Make-Ups Policy is in effect as of September 1, 2007:

1. All students will be allowed 1(one) make-up per month/session. Exception to this would be a family death or emergency.
2.  NO SPORTING events will be used for missing lessons. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make your schedule accordingly. Mandatory school events for grades are accepted for a 1 TIME PER MONTH make-up. Refer to rule # 1 Credits toward the following month will not be accepted.
3. Each make up will be allowed to be made up no longer than the last day of the following month. Giving us at least 30-60 days to schedule the make-up. If not done by that following month the make-up is finalized and is no longer available to the student.
4. All students must call in for cancellation of lesson, if no call is received before 4:00pm on that lesson day. The lesson will be marked as a no show and will not be allowed for make-ups. We have Voice mail so leave the message there at anytime during the day.
5. If the Instructor has to cancel or TTL was closed for any reason, the make-up will be made up at earliest convenience of instructor and student. No more than 30 days/1 month from the time of rescheduling. This will not go against your 1 make-up but will be limited to 1 extra per month.
6. Should the instructor become long term ill. TTL reserves the right to appoint a instructor till the return of said instructor.
7. Each make-up must be made up at the time that TTL and student had arranged to set up for such make-up. If the student cancels that arrangement the make-up will be deemed finalized and done.

TTL Softball is pleased that we are the only training center that offers low student/instructor ratio of maximum 2/1 for pitching, and 4/1 for hitting. With this in mind. Because we are accepting more students each week. The amount of hours left for make-ups are limited. To assist in maintaining this venue, the lessons where the other student cancels and you are receiving a private lesson(this refers to pitching only). Rather than have you pay $65.00 for the private lesson this will be considered as worth 1(one) make up by the TTL Softball Instructor. This will be your make-up should you need to cancel in that month. If the instructor has 1 or more makeup credits at the end of the month that credit will be null and void for the instructor and will not roll over to the next month. With this in mind the student cannot roll over the lost lesson to decrease the next month’s payment. In conclusion the student will only receive 1(one) make-up per month.
